At ONN we work on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9am – 1pm and our deliveries are made between 2pm – 6pm on those days. You can pre-order flowers at any time, but our bunches are only available for same day delivery until 1pm, or until we mark our product bunches as Sold Out’ on the Site. This ensures that all of our orders are delivered that same afternoon.
Due to the predefined delivery routes of our couriers we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery time for your orders. However, if you make a note in your order that you would like the flowers delivered at a specific time of day we will try our very best to accommodate this request.
Please ensure you provide us with the correct address for the recipient. If you provide us with an incorrect address and we deliver your order as per your instructions, we will not accept responsibility for the failed delivery. If we are unable to deliver to the address provided we can re-deliver the flowers on the same day or another day. However, if this occurs we will charge a minimum courier fee of $10 if we can send the same bouquet. If we cannot send the same bouquet we will need to charge 40% of the original order cost plus the additional delivery charge of $10.
