At ONN we create bunches for delivery on a Friday from 6am – 9am and our deliveries are made between 11am and 6pm that same day. You can pre-order flowers at any time for your chosen Friday, but our bunches are only available for same day delivery on a Friday until 9am, or until we mark our bunches unavailable on the booking calendar on the product page. This ensures that all of our orders are delivered that same afternoon.
Due to the predefined delivery routes of our couriers we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery time for your orders. However, if you make a note in your order that you would like the flowers delivered at a specific time of day we will try our very best to accommodate this request.
Please ensure you provide us with the correct address for the recipient. If you provide us with an incorrect address and we deliver your order as per your instructions, we will not accept responsibility for the failed delivery. If we are unable to deliver to the address provided we can re-deliver the flowers on the same day or another day. However, if this occurs we will charge a minimum courier fee of $13.50 if we can send the same bouquet. If we cannot send the same bouquet we will need to charge 40% of the original order cost plus the additional delivery charge of $13.50 to complete the order.

When there is a legal obligation to do so ONN may disclose your information to any relevant regulatory body. In addition, we may provide statistics with personal identifiers removed about our customers, readers, sales, traffic patterns and related site functions to reputable third parties.

We use a secure payment system powered by Shopify to process online orders. This means your credit card details are never recorded or stored on our website; they are processed only in the highly secure environment that Shopify has created with all security measures necessary in place.
You may obtain confirmation from us as to whether or not we hold personal information about you. You may also request a copy of the information and/or request that corrections or changes are made to it. You are at all times entitled to change your personal information that we hold. In order to do this, click the Customer Login button at the top left of the any page on the Site. After signing in your personal information will be made available for you to view and change. You also have the ability to change your secure password at any stage. You will be required however to enter your current password in order to change it to a different one.
