WHAT DAYS DO YOU TRADE?
We deliver our bunches on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. We are closed on public holidays and over the Christmas/New Years period. We may sell blooms on selected holidays such as Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day so look out for our alerts via social media for further info.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We currently deliver to Wellington, Porirua, Lower Hutt and Upper Hutt.
CAN I CHOOSE MY OWN FLOWER SELECTION?
Sorry no you can't; the nature of our service means we offer one bouquet design each week. This means you can see what we have available on a Monday afternoon each week and buy a bunch for delivery that same week when you like what you see. We are more than happy for your comments and requests for florals to feature in future bunches and we will do what we can to accommodate these.
HOW DO YOUR WEEKLY BUNCHES WORK?
We offer a new bouquet design every week. Each Monday while deliveries are closed, we take the time to create a new seasonal bunch design, so everyone receives the same selection of flowers for that whole week. You will be able to view the week's bunch from 5pm every Monday via our Instagram and Facebook pages. You can order these bunches until 1pm a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday or until we mark a bunch as "Sold Out" in the product description.
WHAT TIME WILL MY BUNCH BE DELIVERED?
We begin our deliveries at 2pm, so you can expect your blooms to arrive anytime between then and 6.30pm. We prioritise our orders being sent to workplaces so that they can be received within business hours.
DO I HAVE TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE MY FLOWERS?
No, there does not need to be anyone at home when our deliveries are made. We will carefully leave your bunch (which will be water-wrapped) propped up by your front door in the most sheltered spot. You can give us any special instructions for your delivery on the Cart Page during the order process should you like.
DO YOU SUPPLY VASES?
A vase is a great idea, especially if you are sending a bunch to someone in hospital. We currently have the option of delivering any of our Small, Medium or Large bunches in a simple, modern glass vase perfectly matched to fit each size bunch. WHAT TIME DO ORDERS CLOSE?
Our cut off time for orders is 1pm each trading day or until we mark our bunches as ‘Sold Out’ in the product description. This ensures that all our orders are delivered that same afternoon. If you have missed out you can pre order a bunch for a later delivery date via our calendar booking system.
CAN I PRE-ORDER A BUNCH OF FLOWERS?
Yes you certainly can! Visit any of our flower bunch product pages and all you need to do is select the future date on the calendar that you would like your bunch to be delivered and we will do the rest!
HOW DOES A FLORAL SUBSCRIPTION WORK?
Our Weekly, Fortnightly and Monthly Floral Subscription options makes it super easy for you to get regular O.N.N bunches delivered to your door. Simply choose which Subscription frequency you'd like and a personal subscription account will be created for you at the checkout process. This personal account will allow you to log on to your very own subscription panel and stop, pause or change your subscription at any time, No obligations! You can even update your payment and address details or change the size of bunch you'd like for deliveries. This means you can have flowers weekly, fortnightly or monthly and for however long you’d like!! We have an automatic and secure billing system that will bill you on the same cycle that you select for your deliveries.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SUBSCRIPTION IS DUE TO ARRIVE ON A PUBLIC HOLIDAY?
Although we would love to be able to offer you flowers all year round, we also need a holiday now and then too! If one of your subscription delivery days coincides with a public holiday or during any dates when we might be closed we will be in touch to arrange another delivery date with you. You can also log in to your personal subscription account if you are going to be away on a day your subscription is due to be delivered. Here you can skip any delivery you need to and by doing this you won't be charged and deliveries will resume again as they would normally thereafter.
DO YOU OFFER SUBSCRIPTIONS TO BUSINESSES?
Yes we do but are currently unable to offer these with an all inclusive vase hire service. That means you can receive regular flowers, but we can only deliver them as a wrapped bunch via courier as we would to any other subscription customer.
HOW LONG WILL MY FLOWERS LAST?
Our flowers are bought fresh from the markets twice a week on a Monday and a Wednesday. All the bunches we make up for delivery consist only of flowers which are purchased that week and are no more than a few days old. This means that you wont have one variety of flower in your bunch that will wilt or die long before the rest of the bunch which can often happen when buying flowers from a traditional florist wherein stock can sit in a vase for many days in a shop before being incorporated into a bunch. We keep all of our flowers in a chiller until we are ready to wrap and send them out on the courier to ensure they have the longest life possible.
Therefore you can expect them to last for at least 5 -7 days when you care for them properly. To care for your flowers ensure that you put them in cold water as soon as you receive them. If you want them to last longer, refresh the water every 2 days, trim stems and do not place by a heater or a very brightly lit spot.
